We can identify  one’s biological "SEX"– how one was born {"Male if" with penis  or "Female" with vagina } . Gender is not always the same as one’s sex. 

"Gender Identity" is how one feels inside, it is not always a case where a person's SEX is same as its Gender .

"Sexual identity" is about who you are attracted to;

 In our society, there’s lots of stereotypes of how boys and girls are supposed to be:

1. Many people act like boys and girls are opposite to each other – completely separate and different.
2. Some people say that boys are supposed to like sports.
3. Girls can be expected to like pink and have long hair.
4. Girls and boys can be encouraged to go into certain types of jobs and not others.

In case of biological Male (born with penis but feels like female or feminine ):  they start feeling like Girl and start dressing like girl and all.

In case of biological Girl (born with vagina) Start feeling like Boy, usually society call them as "Tomboy"

"Transition ":  In order to express their chosen gender, transgender people may transition, or change, from the gender they were given at birth. They may change their names, pronouns or style of dress.

Some transgender People also choose a medical transition, with the help of medical specialists, who will prescribe hormones and/or surgery like breast and butts implants and genital surgery, medical treatments such as hormone replacement therapy, sex reassignment surgery, or psychotherapy. Not all transgender people desire these treatments, and some cannot undergo them for financial or medical reasons.
